在模具设计中我们需要注意的有：
In the mold design we need to pay attention to:
1、一般平板成品不宜中间进胶，以防弯曲变形。
1, general flat products should not be inserted into the middle to prevent bending deformation.
2、一仍般情况下STP在RP正下方。
2, one is still like STP under RP.
3、当模座较大时，STP的间隔为150--200mm。
3. When the die base is large, the interval between STP is 150--200mm.
4、锁上下顶出板的螺丝间隔为150--200mm。
4. The screw spacing between the upper and lower locking plates is 150--200mm.
5、当有顶针在滑块下方或斜梢有靠破时，上下顶出板要装有强制回位机构。
5, when there is a thimble under the slider or inclined pin, the upper and lower ejector plates must be equipped with a forced return mechanism.
6、成品拔模斜度以减胶为基准。
6. The slope of the finished product is based on reducing the glue.
7、设计水路时，尽量不要采用水管直接接入模仁，而改用模进水管用ORING联接模仁。
7, when designing waterways, try not to use water pipes to directly access molds, instead of using ORING to connect molds.
8、SP尽量将其直径取大并布置在成品的正投影面积下方。

10、斜梢距模具中心应取整。
